Elaine and John Ryan took over the running of Dream Doors Leigh-on-Sea in January 2009 from Trevor Rayner and Paul Templin who had been running the business for the previous 5 years. This gave Trevor and Paul the opportunity to concentrate on the installation side of the business and Elaine and John the sales and marketing which they have been doing in the Dartford branch since September 2005. It has proved to be a great success with each individual concentrating on their own area of expertise.
The company mainly deals in kitchen makeovers but can also fit a complete kitchen. Because of their ability to supply any size in both doors and units it truly is a bespoke service. In addition to the fitting side the company also have preferred local contractors in the building, plumbing and electrical trades which enables them to offer a much more complete service for those customers who require bigger projects to be undertaken and properly managed.
We have 3 teams of installers, delivery vehicle and 2 customer liaison personnel who ensure that any issues are quickly resolved and questions answered. We have done over 70 installations in the last year and close to 500 since we began trading. The larger Dream Doors franchise network has won awards over the years for its commitment to excellence and training and won The Daily Telegraph Brand Builder of the year in 2008.
