Having removed a partition wall between a bathroom and toliet I soon found that the job of installing the bathroom and undertaking all of the tiling was beyond me. Keiran provided a very competetive quote and was able to fit the work that was asked of him around some DIY that I felt was within my limited capabilities. Keiran removed all of the old bathroom suite and prepared the room ready for installation work. The next step of moving water and radiator pipes showed Keiran's eye for detail and his impressively high standards of workmanship. A number of delays were encountered due to problems with some of the fixtures that I had bought. Keiran was patient while I sorted the problems and his flexibility allowed him to return promptly to allow work to continue. The bath, shower, toilet, basin and bath screen were all expertly fitted. With a particularly tricky room to tile, Keiran dealt with the more problematic areas for me and without his expertise I would have emptied the DIY store of the tiles that I had chosen! The work now complete I could not be happier with Keiran's work. Throughout he was courteous, polite, always on time and highly professional. I could not rate him highly enough and I would certainly have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him.

Kieran visited us to give us a quote for the work to be carried out and agreed a date. He arrived on the day exactly on time and was polite and friendly at all times, he explained what he was going to do and kept us fully informed throughout. We realised during the job that a further part would be required to fit the shower fixing correctly and Kieran contacted the shower company to arrange the delivery of the part. He did this while my husband was present so that we would not feel that it was just the usual "plumbers ploy". He kept us informed by e-mail of the progress in getting the part, which came some days later and once received came back and completed the job very quickly. We were not overcharged for the part or the extra time. He was very tidy and cleared away any debris. He did an excellent job and we will be using him for some further work in the next couple of months and we have recommended him to friends.

This is first time we've ever had any work like this done so, naturally we called in a few different tradesman to get a feel for whats out there. We chose Dripbuster ltd because Keiran seemed like such a genuine bloke, he could do both plumbing and electrics and his quote weren't half bad either! We're so glad we went with him, he was always on time and did a really good job. Even the plasterer commented on what a neat job he made of the new pipes and wall chases. Keiran was in the house over a period of about 3 weeks but it never felt too stressful. He went out of his way to work around us and we always felt comfortable in what could have been a very uncomfortable situation. Couldn't recommend him enough!

We have a wood burner for hot water/heating and could not find a pump that coped with the 80+ degree water it produces sometimes! I spoke with so-called experts in Rayburn systems and experienced plumbers as far away as Wales! Keiran came up with the only workable solution and we now have 4bar hot water all over the house for fantastic showers! Fitting the water softener highlighted a mistake by previous plumber and builders, and Keiran again provided a solution for us. Excellent quality of work. Not the cheapest, but he does it properly and we recommend Dripbusters without hesitation. Paul who is taking over the business was working with Keiran and came a cross as equally capable and reliable. Thanks guys.

Thanks for your feedback. Unbeknown to these customers, Paul is no longer taking over the business and it will still be run by myself, albeit in Lincolnshire now. The plan originally was for Paul to take over the running of the business in Hampshire only but this plan fell through. I just wanted to add this so that new customers can be aware of the situation.

Kieran recommended a Mira mixer shower and separate pump to replace a Triton Power Shower. We were happy to give this solution a go as this had been our 3rd Triton power shower! We now have a much better shower system - fab compared to the old one. Cost a little more in installation initially, but should last a lot longer and easier to repair/maintain having a separate pump if we do have a problem

I had a completely new bathroom suite installed, including tiling and floors. Kieran gave advice to us as we've not done this before, and was open about the choices and consequences. He kept in touch throughout and let us know how things were progressing. The work was done on time and with minimal mess (we had not moved in yet, but were decorating everywhere else). We're very happy with the result.

Dripbusters carried out a full renovation of our ensuite. The work was completed to a very high standard and finish throughout, providing exactly what we asked for. The work took slightly longer than planned due to some unexpected complications courtesy of the poor quality of the original building work, but this was fully rectified without extra cost. All in all a very good job and highly recommended.

A big job for Keiran, back to the joists in two rooms, replacing the flooring, plastering the walls and ceilings, replacing most of the pipe work and installing a new bathroom suite, heated floor, tiling all walls and flooring, a new shower, cupboards and sink and two toilets. Loads of work needed and all managed excellently by Keiran, he used sub-contractors for some of the work but this was for speed as much as for anything else. Overall the work was done to my complete satisfaction and within the budget. I can, without hesitation, recommend Dripbusters. (If only the scores went up to eleven!)

Old ground standing boiler taken out of kitchen and new combi boiler fitted in the loft. Thermostatic valves fitted on all radiators and new radiator installed. Kieran is very enthusiastic and friendly. He did a lot of the work himself and organised with others as needed (e.G. Electrician). Kieran came for two visits, and on each occasion he was punctual, efficient, quick and extremely polite and courteous. On the second visit he brought with him a prospective apprentice, who was equally friendly and pleasant. I watched him being tutored by Kieran, and was very impressed with both of their attitudes to the work in hand. I was charged £52.00 for the hour, and when he finished early, he asked if I needed any other things looking at as I was entitled to a full hour's work. I only had to pay a little extra for the parts needed. I would certainly recommend Dripbusters, and have already given several of their trade cards to friends.

The process with Keiran from getting the quote and discussing the scope of work through to completion of the final items today has been about as painless as it could possibly be. The thoughtful work, his friendly and helpful nature meaning we were able to specify the work easily. We've ended up with completely refreshed and renewed bathrooms and our en-suite is now an amazingly light and bright wet room.
