I was woken with two over flows dripping continuously from the water tanks in the loft. When I had tried to turn off the water in the kitchen the pipe to the stopcock came away and started to leak badly and water was pouring into the kitchen. Fortunately I managed to turn the water off in the road. I phoned Greg at 7:30am on a Monday and he arrived at 8am at my request. After removing the cupboard Greg set about repairing the problems with a new stopcock, pipe work and new ball valves. Greg was at all times friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend him.

I rang him during the week and he offered to come that evening which I thought was very helpful...........He was about an hour late but I didn't mind as I was pleased to get someone out.........He did some work to the tap and said if it continued to leak to call him back. It did leak so I called him one Saturday to make an appointment for the foloowing week. He offered to come later that day. As it was a Saturday Isaid it wasn't necessary but he said he would be there at 4pm. He did not arrive. I thought he would contact me later in the week. He did not. I saw him in the street and asked him why he had not come, he said he forgot. He did not apologise, or offer to come back. I did say that I would like half my money back as the tap was still leaking. I would not recommend him
