We would highly recommend Dominic of D S Heating Solutions. Excellent workmanship displayed in the remodelling of our downstairs cloakroom, from fitting of the toilet/basin to tiling the floor and walls. Also carried out various plumbling problems within the house, these issues were dealt with and corrected to a high standard. Dominic was efficient and very reliable and courteous, we would recommend him for all plumbing work.

Mr. Scardarella is extremely honest and straightforward. Other heating engineers recommended an expensive power flush but he proved that it was not necessary and instead he cleaned and replaced some of the pipes . This has solved our heating problem, all radiators providing heat just as he said they would. Reasonable price for good work.

Dominic attended the property promptly, listened to what I wanted and was able to advise accordingly. The work was carried out quickly, with no fuss, and I was comfortable to leave Dominic with the key to flat and let him get on with it. When our hot water and central heating stopped working on a Saturday morning I phone several businesses on Checkatrade with no success. However Dominic, having missed my call, phoned me back within 5 mins. He then came round that day, promptly diagnosed the problem, promise to source the missing part and get back to me asap. This he did first thing Monday morning and fixed the problem. His service was exemplary and he proved to be very personable answering my (amateur) queries on a range of plumbing issues in a clear courteous and knowledgeable manner. Having dealt with a number of trades people over the years I can safely say he didn’t once exaggerate the extent of the problem in the way that many have done in the past and I have no qualms about recommending DS Heating Solutions.

Dominic is a truly excellent craftsman with a wide and deep understanding of his craft, better than anyone else I have ever met. His work is very neat, clean and he is totally respectful of all aspects of his clients premises. He is unfailingly polite, respectful and friendly. He quotes very reasonable prices and sticks to them. I spoke to several central heating firms before I asked Dominic to do the work and I would say that he is far and away the best central heating specialist I have ever met in my long lifetime. He has totally transformed the operation of my central heating system where several others had tried and failed. DS Heating Solutions put hot and cold water up to our loft conversion and a brand new ensuite into the loft. The work that was carried out was exceptional. We were told by another company that we would have to have our kitchen and existing bathroom floors taken up to get the water up to the loft. This was not the case at all and another way was found to do this with little disruption. Not an easy job but carried out perfectly none the less. Dom who carried the work out was amazing nothing was too much trouble for him. His attention to detail was second to none. He did the whole ensuite from putting in the new pipes and bathroom suite to tiling the walls and floor. I thought that professional cleaners had come in to clean up but Dom had done this himself. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them again. Thank you so much for a fantastic job.

We originally contacted Dominic to carry out an emergency leak and were so happy with his work and attitude, that we asked him to carry out further work in installing a replacement boiler and a radiator. This was a lot of work and Dominic was in the house for a few weeks. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Before the job started he patiently gave me advice on the different boiler options. He provided clear and detailed estimates. He arrived every day, without fail and worked very hard with few, if any, breaks. The quality of his work is first class and he cleans up afterwards. Also he was very pleasant to have around the house, which made the inevitable disruption caused by the work so much less stressful.

Dom has completely refurbished our bathroom which now looks stunning. We reused the existing bath and toilet, Dom replaced all the waste fittings, fitted the new sink and fitted new taps to the sink and bath and completed the tiling. The tiling has a superb finish and has made our once small scruffy bathroom look luxurious and spacious. I can't thank Dom enough for the job he has done for us. A true professional and genuinely nice guy, I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Had problems with our boiler, got Dominic's number through Checkatrade, called him and he came out the same day. Thoroughly checked everything and gave us our options. Dominic fitted a new boiler within a week. Dominic is a very polite, professional and considerate man, who is very tidy and honest. We had a new kitchen fitted and decided to replace our boiler. My friend recommended Dom to us. Every aspect of the job he did was perfect. He was very professional and we felt he gave us excellent advice. The work was finished in the time he said (1 day) and to a very high standard. He left the house extremely clean and tidy after his work. He also fixed our outside tap that had burst in the cold weather at no extra cost. I would definitely use Dom again and recommend him. I had a new boiler and 4 radiators put in. I never had central heating or hot water for 8 years and finally decided to get it done. Dominic came in to sort out a water pressure problem, so I asked him to quote for the central heating, the quote was considerably cheaper and he did the job in 2 days instead of 6 days that was quoted by another company. I would thoroughly recommend Dominic. He is very good at his job and so very nice. His wife is also good at all the organising via email. Thank you guys. Best Wishes.

I've deliberately set the estimate as 9 out 10 to prove I examined the questions and keep the answers honestly human; I'm going somewhere with this. My original boiler was old and unreliable and Dominic done his very best to save me money by replacing a small part, we both understood it was a gamble as other parts may also break (But who has a crystal ball). Tidy job done but the system developed another leak (Via another component). I was very please that Dominic rapidly returned to my house to keep the hot water running for me. Subsequently I decided to bite the bullet and buy a newer boiler which Dominic promptly installed, done a clean job and never tired of answering my ongoing queries. The price was fair, I could see the man was properly trained, no blabbing and talking rubbish. I even felt comfortable in leaving Dominic alone in the house and was pleased to have a cheerful and sane normal person, doing a good job and not one of those types that makes you feel as if they are doing you a favour. Honest credible engineer who I would strongly recommend to anyone who simply wants their boiler and heating working properly without drama.
