Construct lean to roof. Remove internal wall, install steels and build additional walls , block door ways, take out ceiling and replace with new. Prepare all walls and ceilings for plastering. Work with plumber for the removal of old hot water system and the instalation of new.
I would thoroughly recommend Paul. He understood what I needed doing (at times better than I did myself). All of the work was done professionally and with care. Paul was there when he said and took the time to keep me up to date with with how the job was progressing and what the next step would be. He left the site clean and tidy and the good news was the price quoted was the price paid.
