Our burglar alarm stopped working. They quoted an all in price, Tomas turned up, and spent all day - and still couldn't crack it. That was annoying, but I was impressed that he was honest about it, thought it was finished but wanted someone to check. Colin checked, and rechecked, and signed it off next day. Then we messed it up, and set it off, and Colin came out again. Then we messed it up again, and he sorted it out again.
