I called DSI for advice as my domestic alarm system was failing. Both Colin and his colleague were very polite and ever so helpful on the phone. Through their wise words the problem was solved. I haven't actually placed work with them but should I need to in the future - they will be my first call. Our burglar alarm stopped working. They quoted an all in price, Tomas turned up, and spent all day - and still couldn't crack it. That was annoying, but I was impressed that he was honest about it, thought it was finished but wanted someone to check. Colin checked, and rechecked, and signed it off next day. Then we messed it up, and set it off, and Colin came out again. Then we messed it up again, and he sorted it out again. All included, always cheerful and a really good effort to explain how it worked. Very pleased. Also they turned up at times that suited me. And it is a more flexible system - more so than the previous one. HIGHLY recommended.
