We are extremely impressed with the work that was done on our home, the quality of the windows is second to none. Barry kept us informed, daily, of the work that was to take place the following day therefore we were prepared of which room would be worked on next. Barry would always turn up when he said he would, and ring if he was delayed (Only rang once and that was due to traffic) Each window and door was finished off so that no wallpaper/paint work was disrupted it actually looks as though the room has been decorated after the windows were fitted. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends, family and all the people that have admired our new transformed home. Barry is very reliable, friendly and always ready to help when he can, he also made sure that our property was left secure and tidy before he left each night - a great asset to Duke Window Services which is monitored by Checkatrade.
