Darren and his team called approx 30mins before they arrived on site ensuring it was ok to arrive as it was just before 08:00. Much to my surprise they were up the ladder and started on the job removing tiles and stripping the roof back to the joists straight away. Unlike previous builders that ive known that have to have tea and fag before the ladder comes out.. They were polite and hard working despite being cold and wet. Excellent and well pleased with the job done

When looking for a builder to complete our work we were very nervous of how to go about looking after watching many of the horror stories of other peoples experiences on TV. However, for us this this could not have been more different. We have been lucky to find a team in DW Builders that have given us the exceptional finish to our home that we dreamt of. Darren and one his employees Matt are a credit to the building trade. Not only did they finish the job on schedule but they arrived each day when they said they would and left once they had completed the daily schedule as laid out in our contract (even staying until 11pm one evening when the fixing of a steel had not gone to plan!) This I believe is over and above their duty but shows the professionalism of DW Builders. They were polite and courteous and would put most cleaning companies to shame with their cleanliness and at times I had to pinch myself to remember we were living in a building site!! We would highly recommend them to anyone taking on a building project. May we take this opportunity to thank Darren and his team for their hard work and for our fantastic finished home.

Being a Lady embarking on my first Project Management experience was quite daunting! Where to begin, Architects, Building Regs, Rules, Builders speak! Could of really been a nightmare. My Victorian Cottage was going to be my family home so had to be perfect! Darren, Matt and his team of sub contractors were fantastic! We can thoroughly recommend DW Builders. Darren is friendly, professional, reliable, trustworthy and honest. Darren built our ground floor kitchen extension with which we are really pleased. All of Darren's team were equally professional. The quote was competitive and Darren didn't mind us changing things, for example, using our own plumber for various bits. Where we hit unexpected problems, Darren explained the issue and how the problems could be resolved. Darren takes pride in the quality of the finished job and doesn't like to cut corners. He is possibly the tidiest builder ever - the way the skips were filled fascinated the whole street! We will use DW Builders again for other jobs in the future.

From day one, I have been impressed with the work ethic of Darren, his employee and the various sub contractors engaged on this project. The work has been completed at the estimated quote level and to a standard, I was hoping for. I am not disappointed. It is testament to say that I have engaged Darren to carry out further work. Which must be the best recommendation.

I have had a lot of experience with builders over the years and can simply say that Darren and his team are the best. The quote was extremely good and the work was finished on time, on budget and to such a high standard. I nearly didn't use Darren because of having to wait before he could start, but am so glad I did - well worth waiting for. In fact I have asked him to give me a quote for turning a downstairs cupboard into a cloakroom and now wouldn't use any other builder.

If you are like me and have been putting off a building project because you are worried about being able to find a quality, reliable builder then delay no more. I found Darren and everyone he engaged in the project to be polite, professional and committed to delivering a quality result. The work was completed on time and at a price that I consider to be great value for money. The roof needed repairing and Mr Waller provided experts to sort the problem out. He was courteous, and always turned up when he said he would. The price was also very fair. I felt that Mr Waller is a most trustworthy person and would not hesitate in recommending him.

We would definitely recommend DW Builders. Darren is very reliable and very honest. He takes pride in the quality of his work and expects the same from those trades who work with him. All the guys who worked with him were trustworthy. Darren was always willing to meet with us on our timetable and always patient. The work kept pretty much to timetable. All snagging items (of which there were few) were cleared quickly and without complaint.

Subcontracted to build 2 storey rear extension from digging foundations to making build weather/watertight. Darren easily scored 10 on the above categories.
