Short notice call on a Sunday. Arrived 0900 on Monday after being told it would cost more if called out on the Sunday. Work carried out quickly and tidily. Charged less than was quoted after saying I had looked them up through Checkatrade as that qualified for a discount! (Incidentally, cheaper than a national name). A further (related) problem cropped up within a couple of days and although they were working in Tunbridge Wells they still turned up on their way home and fixed the problem once and for all - no extra charge!! Can't ask for more than that, particularly in these money-grasping days!!! Highly recommended.

Customer agreed initial costs for spot dig, drain was further collapsed which meant an increased fixed price cost, the customer agreed this with his Insurers, then once job was completed he queried price due to his high excess.

The downstairs toilet was blocked, Terry came along within the time he indicated and investigated the problem. The issue was that the main sewer, for the whole street is clocked affecting the neighbours - Terry checked their drainage too. He advised me of the problems along the way, he called reported the problem to Southern Water and gave me a reference number. On initial contact he advised me of a potential cost but indicated that if the job was small, he would charge an appropriate lesser amount - which he did. All done with utmost courtesy and consideration. Fab.

Called DYNAMIC DRAINAGE after my neighbour had called another company on an emergency call out and was quoted an excessive amount for 3 hours work to clear our shared drain.
