Very honest, they were on their own most of the time and left property secure when they left. Neat and tidy, polite. Changed things if we weren't happy. Kept within budget; consulted us if there was a possibility of running over.

Complete bathroom re furnished from plastering , tiling and fitting units.
Mr Devlin team arrives on time and had worked really hard to complete our project. The team we had was approx eight and were all excellent to deal with in their field of jobs. No job was too difficult even re arranging the position of out toilet. Mr Devlin was always on hand or at an end of a phone if needs did arise. We would not estimate to recommend this company in the future.

Conversion of garage, utility room, toilet and new kitchen.
Very professional job! Eamon always kept me up to date with the progress. He gave us ideas and helped us with our choices. The toilet is fantastic! The utility room has been finished to a high standard and the kitchen is amazing. Better than I expected. The workmen that Eamon employs are trustworthy, helpful and went out of their way to get the job done. I would highly recommend.

Remove existing stairs, supply and fit new stairs with all associated works. Provide new hallway, plastering work which included matching up with existing coving. Lower ceilings and provide and install downlights.
Eamon and his team provided a very professional service, work was done quickly, efficiently, timely and to a high standard. All workmen were considerate, friendly, tidy and reliable. An excellent experience from start to finish. We would recommend this hardworking team of builders.

Removal of external rear wall.
Eamon and his team helped us out at very short notice when another builder had let us down. Eamon was quick to reply to my email and came round the next day to give a quote which was very reasonable. The team worked very well, always turned up on time and always tidied up after themselves. The quality of the work was very good and they provided us with ideas on how to make good after the wall had been removed. I was very impressed with the work of Eamon and the team and would most definitely recommend them to anybody.

Building a family bathroom in an unmodernized 1920's detached house.
Mr Devlin provided a comprehensive and competitive quote for the extensive work required to knock together a toilet, bathroom and airing cupboard to provide the space for a large family bathroom. His team were available on the date he had agreed. They were both punctual, polite and tidy whilst working on a dusty job during a period of freeze and snow. The team were flexible when unforeseen eventualities were discovered which required innovation to deal with. They accommodated the needs of a family to bathe as the work progressed. Mr Devlin efficiently coordinated the trades as they were required and ensured there was no "downtime" periods as the project developed. The small finishing work items were dealt with. At the end of the job a thorough clean down was undertaken. We now have a high specification family bathroom. I will use Mr Devlin in the future.

Ten weeks programme of work completed as per plan. On time and on budget with cheerful and helpful workforce able to resolve minor problems without fuss. Good quality and finish. The project will result in use of fitness centre for the general public. Excellent experience.

Building a downstairs toilet.
Eamon and his team created a new room and installed a toilet and sink. From design to completion, the work was of a very high standard. I was impressed by the way the workmen worked as a team to ensure that the work was completed efficiently, with no time wasted. This work was completed for a very fair price. I am happy to highly recommend this company.
