Installation of unvented cylinder

Aurel had been recommended to me by my brother who had similar work done. I had inspected Aurel's work before asking him to come and give me a quote. In addition to my brother's recommendation I found his workmanship excellent. The quote he gave me was reasonable and he was able to fit me in during a period when I would be on holiday and therefore disruption would be at a minimum. The work Aurel carried out in my view was exceptional and he demonstrated to me that he takes great pride in providing the sort of service that one expects. I will have no reservations whatsoever in recommending him to friends and family alike.

Aurel knows his stuff, loves his work and is committed to providing an excellent service for his customers. He explained everything well but left decisions to me, worked hard to complete job in time specified and totally trustworthy.

Found problem with an actuator motor

Aurel was prompt, polite and confident. He found a problem that had baffled a previous heating engineer. He sorted it and left the place neat and tidy. The price charged was very fair. I would strongly recommend him.

Carried out work under guarantee

I requested urgent help to repair the central heating at 11pm. This was done at 7am the next morning! He bought replacement parts at his own expense that costed him £180.00. He did not charge me a penny, and the work took him over one and a half hour. This man is totally trustworthy, very likeable, and 100% honest.

Complete house rewire and installation of Atmos intercombi boiler

Work carried out to an excellent standard. E and G exceeded our (very high!) expectations from the initial contact to completion of work. I would like to say a big thank you to Aurel, who never tired of my endless questions and demands(!), and to Lee for an impeccable job doing all the making good and leaving the place spotless.
