This turned out to be a longer and more complicated job than anticipated due to the lack of gas supply at cooker. At all times I found the engineer to be conscientious and professional who gave me options about what the job entailed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Aurel had been recommended to me by my brother who had similar work done. I had inspected Aurel's work before asking him to come and give me a quote. In addition to my brother's recommendation I found his workmanship excellent. The quote he gave me was reasonable and he was able to fit me in during a period when I would be on holiday and therefore disruption would be at a minimum. The work Aurel carried out in my view was exceptional and he demonstrated to me that he takes great pride in providing the sort of service that one expects. I requested urgent help to repair the central heating at 11pm. This was done at 7am the next morning! He bought replacement parts at his own expense that costed him £180.00. He did not charge me a penny, and the work took him over one and a half hour. This man is totally trustworthy, very likeable, and 100% honest.

We recently moved into our new house, my wife and I, and decided, as we are now living in a bungalow, to go for a combi. After doing some research on the Web, I came across the Atmos brand, which comes highly recommended and is held by an ever increasing number of people as the best boiler make on the market. Then I went about looking for an approved installer and came across Aurel's name. I have to say I am so glad I found him for he has been excellent. I should also mention his partner Lee in this as they have both been most helpful, courteous, diligent and hard working, in fact I couldn't fault them at all. Aurel's quote was also very reasonable, I have to say, and I paid less, all told, than I would of done for an inferior boiler had I accepted an alternative quote. I most certainly will be calling on Aurel's services again.

Horsham’s best! Aurel is very hardworking and eager to please. Very well mannered and helpful. He’s a very honest man and offers excellent value for money. Goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. The Atmos boiler is fantastic and we are glad we took his recommendation. During the job I asked if he could also fit a new shower, this late addition was no problem. I'm very happy we chose Aurel to upgrade our boiler. I was having a nightmare - I had no hot water or heating for two days as my boiler had burnt out and no prospect of it being done for at least another two days due to parts being unavailable. From Checkatrade, I contacted Aurel, who was extremely helpful, coming out within an hour of my call, on New Year's Day - so fortunately for me, he had all the parts needed. He expected the job to take an hour, but then had to strip down the boiler and drain the system - he finally left six hours later but his bill was extremely reasonable. He was extremely efficient, a superb workman and even apologised to me for taking longer than he expected, when he had been good enough to come out on New Year! I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone for all areas of his work and the very reasonable price charged.

I've used Aurel previously to fit a new boiler and when my shower broke a week before Christmas (with guests coming to stay on Christmas Eve) I called Aurel to see if he could fit us in. He expertly helped us chose a new shower and purchased it (passing on his discount to us), he then came to fit within 2 days. Following the failure of my boiler over the weekend I rang a few heating engineers, and it being a Sunday many of them were out. However about half an hour after leaving a message with Aurel he rang me back apologising for the delay in getting back to me. He gave me some brilliant advice on how to get my boiler going, and was keen that I didn't waste my money on a paying for a call out charge if he could get it going over the phone. He also emailed me a copy of the manual which was so kind of him. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about my particular boiler and through his advice I did get it going again. If I have any further problems with it I will not hesitate to give him a call, and when the sad day comes when I need to replace it I shall definately being asking him for a quotation. I cannot recommend him highly enough - many thanks.

We had a number of quotes for this work and E&G were the most competitive plus Aurel came across as really likeable. On the day our boiler was fitted Aurel and his colleague worked non-stop, they arrived at 8am and worked through to 9pm. They were extremely hard working spend time preparing (bringing all their own dust sheets) and tidying up at the end of the day. Their work was to a very high standard and I have recommended them to everyone I know who needs gas and electrical services.....  I have already used them again since this work.

We can't heap enough praise on him. Arrived when he said, worked tidily, removed all debris, fitted new boiler, and also added a new thermostat (for free) and four feet of gas piping and a new stopcock which were necessary to the smooth operation of the whole thing. Turned up bang on time, did a fantastic job and exhibited a real sense of pride in his workmanship - and rightly so!  Aurel kept my whole flat tidy during the work, completed it in a day and even did some extra work for me at no extra cost so as to ensure that the job was completed to the highest standard possible. Tidied up to the extent that you'd never even have known that they were in the flat!  On top of all these good comments, Aurel's quotation was very competitive, his attitude excellent and his knowledge of both the boilers he supplies, and alternatives, was exceptional, as was his ability to explain and demonstrate the hardware to me.
