Paint kitchen, living room and spare room.
Sam did a great job painting all areas requested to a high standard and kept to the time quoted. Despite some tricky areas, Sam was diligent and always kept us upto date on progress. Always polite, cleared up well afterwards and invoiced per quote. Definitely recommend.

Re-plastered one wall in bedroom.
Just moved into my property and needed a plasterer urgently to plaster children's room. I called Sam on Tuesday morning and work started on Thursday. Great services.

Reconstruction of a wall. Replastering a chimney breast.
Sam was a superb plaster, an absolute pleasure to have in the house. He is a real perfectionist, worked fast, gave me an update at every stage of the works and cleaned up each evening leaving the place as he found it. I'm delighted with the finished work and cannot recommend E and S Total Building Services enough. I will definitely use them again.

Ceiling re-plastered and painted.
Further to the previous feedback on 15 March on the initial work, E and S completed the repairs to the continued very high standard, excellent reliability and charged as per initial quote. Additionally, very trustworthy and always replied promptly to communications over the length of the works. Great job and service. Definitely recommend to others.
