Fixed slow/frozen computer.
Home computer had been gradually getting slower and slower.  Philip cleaned the inside, installed additional memory and removed various nasties! Also advised me on how to back up important data.  Computer now works perfectly.

Restored home computer to full working order
Was seeing dire warning screens and, although I could access programmes I could not use them. Philip resolved the situation in a professional manner and gave advice on future use. Left with PC in as new state for which I am very grateful. I would recommend Philip without hesitation.

repaired pc
Phil turned up on time to repair my pc but needed to take my pc home with him to work on over the weekend, he left me with a pc to use whilst mine was being fixed.  He kept in touch over the weekend with progress and to inform me on when mine would be returned. Very reliable, honest and definitely not out to rip people off.  I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Repaired power socket on laptop
The best quotation out of two other companies I contacted. Collected the lap top at the time agreed and completed the repair in the short time scale agreed.  Called to let me know that he would be five minutes later than the agreed time to return the laptop. Took the time and trouble to help me with another small computing problem. Excellent customer service.

Found this company on the internet, wanted help to set up for my brother as I am currently in Oz and wanted him to have Skype.  Phil could not have been more helpful and did everything asked of him and more. Would highly recommend him to anyone.  Really great service and nice guy.

Resolve internet problem.
High quality work and extremely pleased with result and cost, especially having been told by AOL after 40 minutes of phone calls that the problem was a faulty internet card which they said need replacing. In fact Mr Claiden determined the problem was in fact the Wireless Router that was at fault, supplied by AOL. Once he replaced the Router I was up and running again.

Set up wireless connection on laptop
Philip spent some time trying to set up the laptop however he decided to take it home to carry out some further tests to diagnose the problem. He returned with a solution and then quickly set it up at my home.  I am very pleased that it's now up and running! I would recommend Philip for reliable and honest service.

Recovered all lost data from corrupted hard disk drive and fitted new drive
Philip managed to recover all my lost data following the corruption of my hard disk drive, including some important GCSE homework of my sons.  Subsequently fitted a new drive and additionally provided me with good advice on operating my computer and future date storage/memory.

Fixed my internet connection, which was already slow and unstable before a call to ISP to fix.
Called them out after 1630h and they came same day.  Work only took an hour. My internet connection now works better than ever.  I only wish I had EPOS in to set it up in the first place, then I wouldn't have had months of lost connections and frustrated calls to my ISP.

Data retrieval and restore system after virus
Phil couldn't have been more helpful and painstakingly careful to ensure that our computer system was fully restored after a particularly 'embedded' virus shutdown.  He even set up and loaned us a PC when it became necessary for him to sort our PC off-site. We thoroughly recommend him without any reservation whatsoever. He is a very experienced and competent trader.
