Left a message on a Sunday asking for help. Gave me a time when they would phone back and quote and they did. Agreed install date and time, kept to the date. Gave me an estimate and though the job was trickier than envisaged and involved extra work, stuck to the quote. Great service and would recommend.

I really liked Andy as soon as I met him. He introduced himself and explained everything he did and planned to do. He was very professional and charged the given estimate he gave me on the phone even though the job took a bit longer. He was very chatty and pleasant and gave lots of good advice and tips. I wouldn't hesitate to use Andy again and plan to do so when we move house this summer. Really pleased with his work and would be happy leaving him to get on with a job whilst I went out. As a female I didn't feel I was being had over or taken advantage of as some tradesman have a tendancy to do.

Andy is exactly the sort of guy you would want doing electrical work in your home, where reliability and safety are key. He was able to provide guidance and advice on solutions to other issues concerning my property that arose during the works that were being undertaken by him. He explained every part of the job prior to completion. What an excellent team. Worked so well together completing install in one day despite initial problem with my roof size, my fault. Soon sorted solution with their experience. Very tidy, polite, hard working. Andy explained all details from start to finish and even checked everything ok next day. Andy has done an outstanding job of installing our 3.3 KW solar system. The job turned out to be more complex than anticipated and took 4 days rather than 3 but this was because Andy and his team have an attention to detail, tidiness and pride in their work that is rarely found these days. He goes out of his way to explain what he is doing, and is prompt and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team (George and Louie) to anyone looking for a high quality solar installation at a very competitive price.

I used them previously to fit under floor heating and was very impressed. I got several quotes for solar panels and they were easily the cheapest. As they had done such a good job on my under floor heating I had no hesitation in choosing them and they have done a great job again. I would like to say thank you to Earth Electrical Services and in particular to Andy Parker for the supply and installation of a 3KW system on our roof. He removed the mystique regarding costs and performance which appears to surround solar panels in general and explained the pros and cons. The selected system was installed and running with minimum of delay in spite of having a difficult roof to deal with and all paper work was dealt with instantly. Truth be told, Andy and his apprentice were simply excellent. I am not someone who lives on the internet expressing opinions but his workmanship, timing, willingness to advise and help with minor additional queries mean this is truly deserved praise. Andy even came back later in the day when I'd had a personal disaster and was back in 15 minutes to help. As I said to him, I would only ever have expected that level of service from a friend. We have employed Andy over the last two years to completely update our electrics and have always been extremely pleased with the end results. He is very diligent and takes a great pride in his work. No job is either too big or too small and will always complete the spec. If needed, he willingly works over time. He has a very comprehensive understanding of his trade. Every job he completed was to a very high standard from fitting a very complicated lighting system from America to a burglar alarm new on the market. Andy did an excellent job, and was very friendly and polite. He brought his apprentice with him, so we got the simpler work done for cheaper than expected. This included some extra work earthing the water supply at the entry to the house to comply with current regs. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything very neat and tidy. When one of the outside lights didn't work properly (I wouldn't buy from shop I bought it from again), we bought a replacement from a better supplier and Andy returned to fit the replacement the next week. We're very happy with the extractor fan supplied, and the quality of all their work. Highly recommended.

Prior to having our kitchen fitted, we needed to rewire the kitchen and add additional sockets, together with under counter lighting. I used check a trade to source 3 electricians for the job, but when I met Andy, who was the first to quote, I cancelled the other quotes. Richard - Ash Vale Andy was punctual and meticulous in his assessment and in providing the most practical solution to our needs. The quality of his work was exceptional, always ensuring a clean and tidy work environment with minimal inconvenience to us. Unlike most tradesmen, Andy provided us with a quote 15 minutes upon completing the assessment, giving us various options to suit our budget. I would highly recommend Earth Electrical Services for any job. In my opinion, there is no need to look for an electrician if you have Andy’s number.

Having called a number of electricians for a price to supply and install a 17th edition consumer unit with 'certificate', Andrew's price was very competitive. He turned up on time and got straight on with the job. He is very polite, friendly, courteous, tidy, and certainly very knowledgeable, as I found out he has an electronics background which certainly has its advantages. All the wiring work around the consumer unit was kept neat and safe. Andrew initially gave me a price over the phone that he kept to, and only charged a little bit extra for additional work I asked of him whilst he was here. I certainly will use him again and highly recommend him.
