Single storey extension

Warren and his team have just completed our 4m x 9m extension. His team, good advice and attention to detail sets East 2 West apart from other builders if you want a high quality finish. Highly recommended!

Renewing polycarbonate roof

We asked Warren for advice about the leaking roof on our sun room. We discussed various options and agreed on renewing the existing roof with additional work to prevent the leaks. The work was finished on time, and was done professionally and any mess was cleared up before they left each evening. We had a thunderstorm the night after they had finished and - no leaks!

Brick walls to car port and up'n'over garage door fitted

Built in loft wardrobe extension

This is the second time I have employed Warren East to do work in my home. He is a perfectionist in his work and as usual it was completed to the high standards he sets himself. If you want any type of work doing in your home then this is the firm to use. High standards of workmanship at very reasonable costs. I strongly recommend him.

Refurbishment of downstairs bathroom.

We are very pleased with the results of this project. A new shower and other fittings, whole room tiling and electrics have replaced a tired old bathroom. Small additional costs were incurred due to the need to make good some walls revealed on removal of old tiles and plaster work.

Garage conversion to shower room and laundry room, creation of bedroom and kitchen relocation.

Warren and his merry men came to do the work at a very difficult time of our lives, I was very ill and the weather was appalling. However undaunted by this the work was done in good time and to budget. Warren made a few constructive suggestions which saved time and money and resulted in a better outcome. The merry men he called in as subcontractors were of the highest quality and were all very considerate about our circumstances. I was impressed with the fact that Warren used experts in areas where someone else would have tried to be Jack-of-all-Trades. Overall, we would recommend Warren to any of our friends. Anyone would be welcome, through Warren to visit and inspect the work.

Converted main bedroom into ensuite and fitted shower, toilet and bathroom fittings + tiling

We were extremely pleased with the work that Warren and his team did for us. He carried out the work in a very professionional way and the quality of the work was excellent. He was very friendly, courteous and completely trustworthy. He carried out most of the work whilst we were out of the house at work and we were able to leave him with the keys to the house in complete confidence. He kept us informed through out all of the time and consulted us at all stages of the work. We would confidently recommend Warren to anyone who is considering any plumbing, tiling and house conversion work.
