Fitted a new bathroom and Kitchen.
They were fairly priced and dealt with minor defects that subsequently occurred and which were not their fault. I would be happy to recommend them to others and use again.

Emergency leak repair
We had a very unexpected and severe leak in the kitchen with gallons of water spilling from a broken connection. Ian was on site within literally minutes, stopped the leak and return to repair the connection the next day. Fantastic service, courteous and helpful - cannot recommend highly enough.

Water leakage from bathroom and kitchen.
To say I was impressed with the level of service would be an understatement, absolutely fabulous job, Ian Edwards really took the potential anxiety out of a plumbers visit. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Got boiler working again
Couldn't be better.  He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour. He charged me the fee he quoted on the phone.  I was so impressed I booked him on the spot to carrying out further work.

Fixing toilets, tap and radiator, and putting in outdoor tap.
Our jobs were all quite minor and involved a bit of 'diagnostics'. Ian got to the root of the problem in each case and explained the physics of what was going wrong really well so that, even in the cases where the issue couldn't be completely cured (e.g because of water pressure or the style of radiator we'd chosen), we at least understood what was going on with our water system.

Replaced kitchen tap
Ian said his colleague would arrive around 12 noon and he was bang on time. Nick, I think he was called, was very efficient and a nice lad too. The price was as per the quote and we'll certainly be using them again. Thank you.

Sorted out two leaking loos, installed an outside tap and flushed out the central heating system
Very straightforward and pleasant to deal with. Quotes were fine, extra work found during the visit was done with no fuss and sensible charges for materials. I gave them 9 for workmanship because a couple of minor problems had to be sorted with a return visit, which was done promptly and courteously, and 9 for value because I didn't get any other quotes.

Repaired leaking pipe on vanity basin
We originally called Ian out as an emergency when a pipe was leaking and he arrived within the hour promised and dealt with the immediate problem. He was not able to make repairs at that time. However, his apprentice Nick has just completed the repair very satisfactorily in the time promised. He was extremely polite and respectful and completed the job most satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Fixed leaking pipe and tap
Unplanned call-out - he arrived when he said he would, with enough parts and tools to complete the job. Was very hard working and friendly. Managed to fix a problem another plumber said they could not - and was cheaper! Very happy with the service, will definitely use again.

Complete work unfinished by others
Ian has been a Godsend following our experience with recent building works which were incomplete and not done to standard.  Ian presented accreditation id cards with 3 professional bodies. Works included : New Mains pipe run from Thames Water main on pavement to Stop cock valve in kitchen replacing 1/2" lead pipe with 1 Inch plastic on a daily rate.  Remaining works which were price quoted included : Setup condensing boiler and complete wiring into a wiring centre and programmer. Supply and fit room thermostat for upstairs central heating system. Modify pipe work for boiler and unvented HW cylinder.  Flush systems and treat with inhibitor. Commission boiler and complete paperwork required by building regulations/law.  Additionally remedied fault with upstairs radiator circulation where not all radiators were receiving hot water in balanced ratio. Ian and his apprentice Nick really have helped me out with great advice and saved money.

Fixed leaking bath plug in cellar
Ian came to investigate the cellar, but the leak didn't occur so he said he would come back when it next leaked as only round the corner.  We then established the leak was occurring when the water was running from the plug, so he came again and it was a simple leak - we had had for 6 months which he fixed in 10 minutes by easily tightening the plug. Excellent service as the second visit was about 3 hours after I called to say we had located the problem, no charge for the plug tightening or visit, it only took minutes but even so, very hospitable and would highly recommend his services.  Nice to know there are some honest hard working tradesmen out there.
