Mick turned up when he said he would, and did a very thorough and quick job of putting up our awning, despite my own botched attempt which left two bolts stuck fast in the wall which he managed to remove. He must eat a lot of spinach. Very polite, understanding and he even tried to under-charge me - that's right, under-charge.
