When is testing required

Every electrical installation deteriorates with use and age and if your home or commercial or rental property hasn't had a periodic inspection EICR (electrical inspection and condition report) in the last 5 years or is due for an inspection it will need a test. When it comes to electrical safety, it is your obligation under the Health and Safety at Work Act to ensure the safety of your tenants, staff or visitors are not put at risk and that the installation continues to be in a safe and serviceable condition. So contact us today to ensure you and the property are protected by your insurance company and to avoid any possible fire or potential accidents from faulty electrics.
