We are an award winning refrigeration repair company based in London, covering the London and surrounding counties area. We offer a professional and first class service being the selected repair agents for many large manufacturers. Please see the list of benefits we can offer below.

Speedy response to my email query!

I contacted Danny Otter via email to enquire into the cost of a repair to a Beko Frost Free Freezer. I was very impressed with the detailed response to my query. It is very refreshing indeed to get such a speedy response detailing the possible fault and also the expected labour and parts costs. So service exemplary EVEN before we decide to have the work done. On that basis I must endorse all the positive comments made about this company's service as we have yet to decide whether to repair or replace! Ten out of Ten.
