I contacted Danny Otter via email to enquire into the cost of a repair to a Beko Frost Free Freezer. I was very impressed with the detailed response to my query. It is very refreshing indeed to get such a speedy response detailing the possible fault and also the expected labour and parts costs. So service exemplary EVEN before we decide to have the work done. On that basis I must endorse all the positive comments made about this company's service as we have yet to decide whether to repair or replace! Ten out of Ten.

I had sent an email asking about a repair for this fridge freezer. Danny replied the same day (which is why I have marked 'reliability and time keeping' a 10) with advice on how to solve the problem immediately. He was completely right, and it didn't cost anything. It was so nice to have someone do this rather than turn up and recommend expensive repairs that weren't needed.

Although I knew the probable cause of my failing fridge in advance, Elite were thorough in their initial chat with me on the phone.
