Replacement windows and french doors

I was disappointed that several panes of glass had to be replaced because of scratches, stickers on inside and marked including French Doors and several windows. Holes were not filled and draughts came through. The french windows had to be adjusted because of draughts. Elwyns corrected all the problems, but the job went on for over five weeks with the various problems that occurred. I felt that they were the most expensive and I feel that there was a total lack of communication within the company. I also feel that it was the manufacturers fault with the mistakes rather than Elwyns. I was disappointed as it cost me so much as a sole owner and lady I was not totally satisfied by the number of visits it took to solve all the issues. I rang an awful lot and had to put my neighbours out by asking them to be around for them to do the work.

Unfortunately, we did have some issues with the customers windows, mainly due to our suppliers, to which we have addressed this matter with them. We would like to point out that we made every effort to remedy the problems as quickly as possible and to ensure the customers complete satisfaction with the installation. There were delays with some of the glass we had to change, this was down to the toughening process, which was unfortunately out of our control. We have apologised to the customer for any inconvenience caused, but would like to take this opportunity to do so again.
