EML Property Maintenance is a small LTD company specialising in mainly domestic maintenance issues. The sort of work we do is kitchen and bathroom installations and general refurbs/redecorations. We also have experience in exterior groundwork’s like patios, decking and driveways. We also have a number of landlords who use us for general maintenance issues on their buildings including leaks, repairs, replacement of damaged fittings and general refurbs in between tenants. We pride ourselves on a high standard of customer service and if we say we will be there then we will!

Retile bathroom, fit new shower and screen, towel rail and flooring

Trusted Eddie from the start, was happy to give him spare key as I was away with work. He overcame many problems caused by the shoddy job the previous owners of my house had done especially the removal of the wall tiles which damaged the plasterboard underneath!! Installed new shower and flooring, skimmed and painted the ceiling, retiled the room and sealed the bathroom suite properly. The quality of the work and finish was second to none and would have no hesitation hiring Eddie for more jobs.

Supply and fitted new kitchen

Eddie got on with the job straight away. Very honest and trust worthy. Worked hard and got around any problems. Eddie even assisted with a problem on his first day which had nothing to do with fitting a kitchen at all. The finished kitchen is fantastic. Would used Eddie again and recommend him.
