Great job! Sean phoned before he set off to give a likely arrival time (what a pleasant change from firms that will only say they will be there in the 'morning' or 'afternoon'). The runner had come completely away from the ceiling, but Sean re-attached it securely without any fuss and then adjusted the tension on the springs, with the result that the heavy double door now opens and closes more easily than it has ever done in the past.

My 2 year old garage door was sticking on one side which started to cause more damage to the garage door itself, had 2 "Tradesman" in to quote (both suggested a new door), found Sean on Checkatrade, 2 days later he had changed the faulty runner + cables for less than £100. I thought my garage door was dead, and was quite ready to pay to have it replaced. Sean took a close look, diagnosed a roof leak causing the main spring to rust and stick, got it all working again smoothly, recommended (at my request) a colleague to fix the roof leak - and only charged me the minimum call-out fee for the whole lot! I would recommend him to anybody, without hesitation.

We received a very good quote from Sean. Placed the order which was processed quickly. Sean arrived at the time given and worked hard whilst fitting the door. We did not even have to worry about getting rid of the old door and wood as Sean removed this as well. Sean was recommended to us and we have already recommended him to other people.

He came when he said he would, fixed the door quickly and was very pleasant. We would recommend him any time and have certainly kept his card for future use. We'd had problems with other alleged garage-door repair artists we'd tried to obtain through Yellow Pages. They either didn't call back when they'd said they would or they insisted on knowing the manufacturer of the doors before anything. This man arrived, identified the doors at once and made the repair. We were delighted with the service and have no hesitation in recommending him.
