Re-commission Oil boiler, central heating system, H&C water system.

Adam is a well mannered, knowledgeable engineer who serviced and commissioned the oil boiler in our 'new' home. We were confident to leave him alone to his work which he undertook efficiently. The work was unquoted as we couldn't quantify how much needed to be done. The eventual Bill was satisfactory for the works undertaken by Adam. We will call Encompass back for any future work we might have. Recommended A+

Quality of work was very good. Unfortunately their admin was dire. Despite asking for an estimate, it never arrived and the final invoice was sent to the wrong address twice.
