EPoS PLUS Limited was incorporated in 1999 as an independent supplier of hardware and software to the trade.
We have supplied service and parts to national and international companies as well as SME’s and Home Users.
In 2008 we began to promote our policy of “NO FIX – NO FEE” (NF-NF.com) for HOME USERS and of course SMALL BUSINESSES, which has proved very popular.
We are full members of The Federation of Small Businesses and Checkatrade we also subscribe to The Better Payment Practice Code, We also carry full public and product liability insurance.

Fixed slow/frozen computer.
Home computer had been gradually getting slower and slower. Philip cleaned the inside, installed additional memory and removed various nasties! Also advised me on how to back up important data. Computer now works perfectly.

Restored home computer to full working order
Was seeing dire warning screens and, although I could access programmes I could not use them. Philip resolved the situation in a professional manner and gave advice on future use. Left with PC in as new state for which I am very grateful.

repaired pc
Phil turned up on time to repair my pc but needed to take my pc home with him to work on over the weekend, he left me with a pc to use whilst mine was being fixed. He kept in touch over the weekend with progress and to inform me on when mine would be returned. Very reliable, honest and definitely not out to rip people off. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Repaired power socket on laptop
The best quotation out of two other companies I contacted.
Collected the lap top at the time agreed and completed the repair in the short time scale agreed. Called to let me know that he would be five minutes later than the agreed time to return the laptop.
Took the time and trouble to help me with another small computing problem.

Setting Up Computer
Found this company on the internet, wanted help to set up for my brother as I am currently in Oz and wanted him to have Skype. Phil could not have been more helpful and did everything asked of him and more. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Really great service and nice guy.

Resolve internet problem.
High quality work and extremely pleased with result and cost, especially having been told by AOL after 40 minutes of phone calls that the problem was a faulty internet card which they said need replacing. In fact Mr Claiden determined the problem was in fact the Wireless Router that was at fault, supplied by AOL. Once he replaced the Router I was up and running again.
