To build a storage shed, which would be damp free.
I was asked if happy with work when company completed, my response was 'I was happy with walls, doors and windows, electric and water, but not the floor and roof'. The response back was there is nothing wrong with floor or roof! However, drawings show a 2.2mtr rear and 2.4 mtr front roof so a slope of at least 4 inches, no slope on roof and puddles sit on top. Felt was used instead of 'Alrighta' which was stated on quote that would be used. The floor is 2 inches below the damp course whereas it should be at least 4 inches above. All furniture and clothing is ruined now within 6-8 weeks of being placed in it. We paid for this shed to be done properly so goods would be kept in good order. This has not been done. Work is unsatisfactorily, this needs to be rectified and all goods replaced or paid for.

As usual the job was carried out in our usual professional manner. We feel we have gone above and beyond to try and please the customer. The roof materials used was agreed with the customer as long as the guarantee was for the same period, as for the floor it is insulated and laid on a damp proof membrane and we were asked to gain as much internal height as possible, the customer insisted on extra work at no extra cost. This included internal block work as the quote stated single skin, insulated ceiling, plaster boarding, job was priced with a single door and two small windows, we fitted French Doors and windows twice the size of the ones quoted at no exta charge, using our time and digger to sort out the garden also at no cost. We were told mid way on works needed to be completed asap property was now being sold. Paid in full on completion of works which indicates to me she was happy with the job.

New fencing erected
Eddie and his assistant replaced 2 fence panels with a much more sturdy fencing arrangement after our original panels had been damaged by high winds. We had a little misunderstanding about what we wanted done but we sorted it out and it was done in less than a day, to a very good standard.

Front extension to house
