After a neighbour took down an ancient shed we became aware of scratching sounds. It turned out mice from the neighbour's shed had taken up residence under our floor through the air bricks . We had used Eradipest before on an unrelated issue, when they swiftly succeeded in clearing a long standing rat problem which numerous other firms and council pest control had failed to solve. Eradipest is the only firm I would ever use or recommend for pest control. We were lucky to have found a real expert in Martin. We had exactly the same highly professional service as the first time. Not only is Martin a real expert but he is thorough and kind and really inspires confidence that he will resolve any problem, which is so important when you are feeling worried about a pest problem. This is an excellent firm and Martin is a real expert and I am genuinely happy to recommend this firm because they really will solve your problem.

This is still ongoing (which is why I have said Not Applicable workmanship) as the problem has not yet been solved, but I can appreciate that this may take time. However, I am very happy with the way it is being dealt with. Very quick response to initial phone call, and all follow-up so far to the survey and baiting has been excellent and prompt. I am hopeful that the problem will be solved. Martin has been very reassuring, helpful, friendly and polite. It is great to have found someone who is interested in getting things sorted (unlike the council!).

We live in a 1930's house which is divided into 2 flats and for the last 5 years have suffered from an infestation of rats in the loft of the upstairs flat in the cavity walls of both flats. Over the last 5 years we have paid out large sums of money to both Council pest control and their contractors and to private firms but the problem just continued and was getting worse. None of these Companies were interested in the prevention side of pest control. I was so pleased to find this Company which actually promised not only to eliminate the existing problem but also to find the entry point. We were visited by Martin who immediately inspired confidence by promising to locate the problem and deal with it. Within 10 minutes of interviewing us about the problem he had located a disused drain pipe which the rats had been using to enter the building. This has now been plugged to prevent re-infestation. He also dealt with the existing outbreak, which he promised would start to be eliminated within hours instead of days and this was proved to be correct. I would highly recommend this Company and just wish I could have found them first as this rat problem would have been stopped far earlier, but better late then never! Martin was kind and courteous and a real expert in his work. This Company delivers on everything they promise!
