MOT and Replace Tyres

Front bumper repair
A scrape meant my front bumper was partially detached, and needed re-fitting to the car. Emailed the garage on Sunday, they called me first thing on Monday and gave me an estimate. Left the car with them on Tuesday morning and I picked it up at lunchtime (it is very handy that they are just outside the train station, so you don't have to worry too much about getting there and back, although they even offered a courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired!). No problems with the repair, which was as per the estimate. Very courteous service throughout. Expect to be using these guys for other car work going forward.

Head gasket, Rover 25
Being a ret Hells Angel ( Windsor Chapter ), and ex Pro Enduro rider ( Paris Dakar 9 times )..I was impressed, as I was spoken to as a " Professional " ,,as I run a M/c Restoration firm, was lent a car for the time ..no charge, and was offered a free oil change.. as I have a heavy limp... all in all ..work that out against the agreed price... where you gonna get that...you're not..simple as that...you're not..would I recomend..come round my garage and I'll put you on them in an instant..impressed..check me out...100% and if I need my car sorted..yup..it's down there..cheers matey..no arguments what-so ever....Stan .Bsc ( hons ) M/c eng.....

Accident repair and mechanical
Have used this garage on a number of occasions for mechanical, MOT work etc - always a friendly , professional and efficient service. Far better than using a main dealer, as service levels are similar but costs lower. Recently had some bodywork repairs done to a very high standard and at around 60% cheaper than quotation from dealer. I would recommend this garage.

Correction of ignition failure.
Very happy with this garage's swift response to my urgent problem--car wouldn't start! After a full diagnostic showed that the vehicle was ok, it was subsequently discovered the battery was causing the ignition failure. The final bill showed that the garage had hardly made anything, and that the gain was virtually all mine. I know that if I had gone to my old garage, it would have been between £70-£100 dearer, or more. I also had the privilege of dealing directly with the proprietor, who was very understanding and I thought, very honest. He also kept his promise when he said he would phone me back straight away. Usually I have to do the chasing. Why can't all garages be like this one! I have already referred my daughter who needs an MOT! Thank you.

Broken Handbrake
Called them Wednesday just before five, dropped it off to them at 8am Thursday. Gave me a loan vehicle, and called me at 9 to tell me what needed doing. Car ready just after lunch, and charged me a fair price.

Problem diagnosis
Car overheating - problem diagnosed as engine problem. They were fair, could not take the problem further themselves as not diesel specialists, but very friendly and helpful.

Timing belt, Cam belt, MOT and annual service
Polite professional service. Picked my car, kept me informed of progress and even gave me a lift back to the garage so I could pick up my car! Fair prices charged. Would recommend to anyone and would use again.
