Repair of immersion heater.
I have had long-standing problems with my immersion heater. I had previously lost my hot water feed, the electricians that I used at that time did a quick 'patching' fix but failed to identify the root problem. I lost hot water today so called Euro-Lec. Peter arrived within 4 hours of calling, he was very thorough and identified the root problem of the previous breakdown and advised how to avoid further problems. He then identified the current problem (both thermostats had malfunctioned) and he was able to repair these without the need for buying replacements. Fast and friendly service, very thorough with no mess and a reasonable charge. Also left the peace of mind that if the hot water is not functioning properly after this he will come and review free of charge.
