Efficient and fast- great care and attention- sought not to replace equipment unless really clear that it was defective. Post installation test conducted and committed to send an electronic version of the invoice

Replace DVD Rom Drive
Ian and James quickly established that my DVD Rom drive needed replacing and did this quickly and efficiently - and at a reasonable price.  They are both very pleasant and friendly and I would most certainly use them again. I would highly recommend them.

Fault with HDD
Excellent. After originally thinking the problem was that the HDD had developed a fault they took the time to discover that the problem stemmed from the OS not reading the size of HDD and they sorted it out so it worked.

Checking and overhauling computer equipment.
The work was done very thoroughly and they took time to do everything properly.  The computer is now working absolutely perfectly.

Fix a software problem on my PC
I would recommend these two gentleman to anyone.  Their knowledge, and skill is first class. They are extremely friendly, polite and willing to see the job through. Upgraded my AVG anti-virus and spyware program and removed some unwanted programs and general health check
I have used Every PC services before back in July 2008 and was very impressed with their services then even recommended them to friends who have since used their services as well.  Second time around still impressed with the fast efficient service provided by James. He completed the AVG security upgrade quickly and was friendly and helpful with other queries I had relating to my PC.  Prices have risen slightly since I first used their services but still extremely reasonable would definitely use their services again if required. Keep up the good work.
