Re- booting the computer
Excellent response time (within two hours). Fully conversant with computer problems and how to solve them. Pleasure having him(James) sorting and checking the problems. Excellent value for money which included the call out charge. Now at last, a reliable, cost effective and proffessional PC service in the Bognor area. They will also custom build a PC if required when the time comes!

Advice re printer cartridge problems, reinstalling software,solving various email screen problems,demonstrating the quickest way to send picture attachments on emails
I was very impressed at the speed that James understood and resolved my problems, and at no time did he show any distain or amusement at my level of knowledge. Supply of new computer and transfer of data from old computer
After sales service is second to none, came back to give me lessons in using the new programmes on the computer with which I was unfamiliar at no extra cost. Free telephone help is always available. You don't get that sort of service buying a computer 'off the peg' from say PC World.

Restored speed and efficiency to our 2 networked desktops
James fulfilled all aspects of positive feedback on the basis of which I had opted to use Every PC. We were both struggling with slow down and failed response to mouse and keyboard. He was very patient with my level of computer literacy and effective in producing obvious improvement in performance, I would happily use Every PC again ( even to build and supply our replacements for our desktops when this becomes an isssue)

Upgrade and sort out many problems which we had with our computer which had become most frustrating to use.
The service we received was very good indeed, a very prompt and courteous visit was made and in fact the following day from having 'phoned up to request help. We had become very unhappy with the way our computer was running, very, very slow and time consuming to do anything. Since Ian's visit we are now using the computer far more and with much pleasure. I recommend Every PC most willingly and whole heartedly and would certainly use them again if I needed help, very well done, many thanks indeed.

Speeded up my computer as it was being so slow plus a general check over.

Laptop DVD/R stopped working correctly
Final solution was to provide external DVD/R. Although it took 3 visits to arrive at this solution, the investigation and solution was very logical and James was both knowledgeable and pleasant. Very reasonable cost would certainly recommend this company.
