New bathroom, new ensuite, new dressing room, new kitchen/diner
Recently Steve and his team have done some exceptional work which we are absolutely delighted with. Upstairs work included a total redesign of the family bathroom where the room was taken back to a shell and new wall built to accommodate the redesign. In the master bedroom a brand new en-suite shower room was designed and built along with walls being modified to accommodate changing bedroom four into part of the master bedroom as a walk in dressing room. Ceilings were skimmed flat and new down lights fitted. Where doors and door frames were removed, walls were rebuilt and skimmed flat to a very high standard. Downstairs Steve and the team have transformed the house by removing an internal brick built wall which separated the kitchen from the dining room to create a large kitchen / diner. Floors had to be levelled as did the walls to ensure everything matched up beautifully. The kitchen was then totally redesigned, new wall and floor tiles and an outside door was bricked up as was an internal door. The ceiling was skimmed flat and more down lights fitted. The end result is stunning ! We cannot fault anything that has been done and we would not hesitate to recommend Excel Bathrooms and Kitchens to anyone. The workmanship is to an extremely high standard, it was completed on time despite us asking for a few extras to be done and the whole team is a pleasure to have working in the house. Steve, Kev and Liam all get a well deserved 10 out of 10.

New Shower Room
What a fantastic job, Steve and his team of Liam, Ben and Steve completed the work efficiently, professionally and to a high standard. They were prompt and the time scale they gave for the work was spot on. The price for the complete job was very fair and they did more than the job as they finished off the tiling in the kitchen for us at no extra charge. I would recommend them without hesitation and we will be employing them again this year refit the bathroom.

Complete bathroom strip out and walking shower replacement plus new toilet basin and tiled throughout
Steve and Liam arrived on the first week after
Christmas to remove our old bathroom and replace it with a walking shower. They
gutted the bathroom on the first day leaving no mess when leaving . My wife and
I were amazed at the speed they worked at during the week. Steve was very helpful
in helping us choose the shower, wall and floor tiles, in respect of colours etc. Their attention to detail is excellent and the standard of work is amazing

Replace floor in shower, refit shower and retile
Steve was as much collaborator as contractor giving great advice on the work we needed to be done. His was a very competitive quote and unlike others was happy to reuse fittings where appropriate rather than putting us to additional expense. We are very happy with the results and the guys were so tidy you wouldn't have known they were in the house. More than happy to recommend Steve and Excel Bathrooms.

Complete bathroom refit with removal of wall separating previous wc area
Steve's advice proved invaluable, we now have an amazing bathroom with exceptional attention to detail. The job required significant work, removal of an internal wall, blocking up a previous door, significant plumbing. I had been dreading the work however, had nothing to worry about, the guys have a superb work ethic and produced professional results throughout, finishing when stated. Full kitchen refit

Design and refit two bathrooms
Scores surprising but accurate - exceptional work ethic, quality, communication and flexibility. Steve assisted with the design and provided realistic quotes but remained entirely flexible if I wished to provide items and he fit them. The project progressed rapidly - he is an incredible workforce - he remembers everything he agrees to do and does it. Like all trades, he nips out periodically to collect materials and complete small warranty tasks elsewhere but for the agreed period, I knew when he would start and finish each day and he was totally reliable. He worked cleanly, tidying his workspaces safely at the end of each day and I trust him implicitly to be around my home and family. You will not go wrong if you contract this company.
