Two-storey extension to existing house
The work carried out was excellent value for money. We regarded the original estimate of 12 weeks for the duration of the work as optimistic and in the event it took 20 weeks. It is worth acknowledging the comment (after completion) from Kevin Churchill of Extend UK that with more proactive project management the work should have been completed sooner. Although the site was rather untidy at points during the build Extend made sure that the site was properly cleared up on completion. Several teams each with different skills worked on site and each showed different degrees of tidiness. We were particularly pleased that even after final payment had been made Extend very promptly rectified some minor issues that had cropped up. Also worthy of mention is the fact that Kevin of Extend visited the site after completion to seek feedback and to remind us that we should not hesitate to contact them if any problems manifested themselves after completion. Overall excellent value for money and very pleased with the final result although whilst going through it there were of course moments of frustration when seemingly no area was totally complete.

Double side extension in Seaford East Sussex
Kevin's quote was the cheapest out of six which did make us wonder if we were doing the right thing, but we certainly needn't have worried. He said it would take about 10 weeks in all which it did and we added other jobs as well which was brilliant. Kevin and all his team where on the ball the whole time. There was always someone working at all times, only one day lost through rain. If we had any queries or problems they were dealt with straight away. All the guys were very friendly and we had plenty of laughs which made it easier for us to leave them at any time, and they made sure that the house was secure if we were not back when they left. We would definitely recommend Kevin and his company.

Single storey extension
Extend UK gave a competitive quote for the work and completed it to a good standard. The end result is great. The work went slightly over the projected timescales - this was partly our fault for changing the scope. The builders were excellent and we are really pleased with the outcome.

Flat conversion
Having used Extend UK last year to carry out our home refurbishment that was done to our complete satisfaction and on time and budget, we had no hesitation in using Kevin again. I recently got planning permission to covert my old offices into 2 x 2 bedroom flats. Extend UK gave me a fixed price and informed me that work would be completed in 10 weeks. By week 11 we fitted carpets and both flats were fully let by week 12. I wish Kevin and his team the very best and a big thank you.

Two storey extension and loft conversion
Two storey extension, loft conversion, three bathrooms, new kitchen, patio, complete re-wire, all new plumbing throughout. Kevin estimated 20 weeks and works were completed within this time period. Kevin and his tradesmen were all extremely helpful, reliable and informative along the way and very easy to work with. The few problems that cropped up during the build were dealt with quickly and effectively. We would highly recommend Extend UK.

Conversion of 4x flats
From start to finish Kevin and his team provided an excellent service and product. I was made to feel like nothing was too much effort and was kept informed of every stage of the development and felt that Kevin had a very approachable and polite manner. Remove existing door, window, rebuild wall + install new window
Had Extend in to do some previous work which we were very pleased with so they were our first choice for this work. Again, very happy with the work and how nice all the guys are - very polite and helpful. Could not recommend highly enough - in fact we are about to ring Kevin again for a quote on another job!!

Loft conversion incl. tiled bathroom, first floor extension, chimney removed, internal wall removed, new kitchen and new flooring.
Our three month project was undertaken with myself (also working from home), wife and two children living in the property. Having obtained several quotes, we went with Extend because Kevin was willing to sit down and discuss what we really wanted to achieve from our budget and was honest in his appraisal of our plans. Kevin's honesty and willingness to help continued throughout the project. He or James were always contactable by phone or were onsite, ensuring that the project was moving along and that we were fully satisfied. All of Kevin's team were polite, tidy and conducted themselves in a professional manner. There were a couple of unforeseen problems caused by the age and the original build of our property and Kevin worked hard to successfully minimise any impact on the project cost and to also put our minds at rest quickly. There were no hidden costs and Kevin was true to his word by delivering in every aspect of his detailed quotation. Even the building inspector commented on the excellent quality of work completed on the loft conversion. In short, we could not have hoped for a better team of workmen to share our house with for three months and Extend were genuinely a pleasure to deal with. We are thrilled with the results and of course we would recommend Extend and would/will use them again.
