Unblocked down drain pipe and gave sound helpful advise

Alan came introduced himself, shook hands. I had asked him a few days earlier to check an over flowing gutter and He arranged to come 09 00 Sat. He was on time, very polite. Saw instantly what the problem was He unblocked the down pipe. Suggested we drill a small hole and where, if needed. He cleared up. He did an excellent job and declined to take any money. I hope all my friends will use his services and if I need him again I know I can rely on him. It is marvelous to experience this kind of servce and kindness in this age.
