Central heating pump replacement

Completed job in a timely manner.  Had to call them back to seal a leak on a joint, to which they attended promptly. Leak still not sorted and had to be called back again.  Replaced an old leaking valve for free. Not easy to contact - some numbers on invoice unobtainable. I felt that the labour charges were expensive.

Re-site new boiler into loft and new radiators

Not satisfied.  Boiler and pump noisy and rattling, hot water too hot for shower. Had to get second plumber in to fix afterwards.  Scorching damage to all skirting boards/walls where new pipes installed. Dropped circular saw through ceiling - accident.  Took us constant phone calls to get someone in to fix the hole and other niggles - still haven't been back to repaper the ceiling. Will get someone else next time.

Re-fit Bathroom.

Although we got the desired result in the end, it wasn't without constant niggles and chasing. We were disappointed with the workmanship and overall quality. Overall approach to the project we feel was slap-dash.

The customer was not organised, parts of the bathroom were delivered with bits missing, which we had to fetch, this extended the length of the job. Before we left the job customer asked us to organise a plasterer and tiler.
