The guys at Facelift were great and accommodating, when I was provided a quote for the replacement of doors and windows for my flat, I asked if I could see the product; unfortunately they close at 5pm and I work in surrey and finish at 4:30, they offered to keep their office open until I got to them so I could look at what I could be potential be buying; this had impressed me as I had not even decided to use their service. Second thing that impressed me was that they kept their appointment, they did their job and on the plus helped plug a few cracks which was left behind by one of my relatives who were attempting fix my old door. There product is fantastic it looks great and had neighbours enquire about the workmanship. I would highly recommend them as they provide superior products and great service.

The two guys from Facelift Home Improvements where just brilliant their standard of workmanship was superb. They were punctual each day and cleared the working areas each day before leaving, letting us know what was left to be done the following day, they rarely stopped working except at our insistence to except some well deserved tea or coffee Can't fault them on anything and would gladly have them back for any future alterations we might plan. Also Ian Glazier who runs Facelift Home Improvement came to see us on two occasions and gave us valuable insight into their products which helped us choose the most suitable solution to our requirements and again a prompt service was the order of the day. Completed to a good standard, but with some very minor damage to adjacent walls which will require me to rectify. Friendly and helpfull fitters. We pointed out a small issue with our flat roof cement work, and repaired foc. Since the fitting we have had to contact Ian, and he was quick to travel here to inspect a slight fault with one window trim which he has committted to replacing. Recommend.
