Response from Facelift Kitchens & Doors:
"Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, and we pride ourselves on always correcting any minor or ‘niggly’ problems to our customers exacting standards. This is borne out by our usual exceptionally high scoring feedback. We were entirely unaware of this problem until this feedback: the work was completed in January. The customer had made no comment to us when returning the Customer Installation form, nor when paying their final payment on the contract. Our two fitters were unaware of any problems and even received a tip from what they thought to be a fully satisfied customer. Upon receiving this feedback we immediately contacted the customer with the view to rectifying any problems but it would appear that these were minor issues and the customer requested no further action from us. We feel this low feedback score is entirely disproportionate. If the customer's dissatisfaction had been brought to our attention at the time, we would have made a return ‘snagging’ visit to ensure their complete satisfaction
