Finished job fine but there were a few hitches on the way which could have been avoided had the initial measuring been done properly. On discovering that one wall cupboard was too large the fitter cut the carcass to size rather than simply re-order the correct one - in the end a new correct size had to be ordered, all of which added unnecessarily to the time of the fit.

I have nothing but praise for the work which was carried out in my home. The fitter was absolutely first class down to the finest detail. A better service you would be hard pressed to find in my opinion. The fitter was even happy to do the little things that make all the difference between looking good and looking super good. He was even happy to help out the other tradesmen who had to link in to complete the job to a high standard who were not from the same company. I was told this is most unusual.

I guess we could be called fussy customers but Facelift have definitely managed to live up to our high expectations and standard. And we now have an absolutely beautiful new kitchen! Customer service was excellent, Colin's advice spot on, the kitchen fitters very friendly, tidy and pleasant to have in the house. Chris and the support team in the office were always there when needed. All in all a very good experience. We would definitely recommend them.
