Complete refurbishment of mansion flat in Prince of Wales Drive

The flat had to be completely gutted and everything redone (new plumbing, new central heating, new wiring, replastreing, new floor, walls and chimney breasts removed, steel inserted, new bathrooms, etc, etc

Built in alcove units, new front path, new ceiling, floor, complete re-decoration etc.

Excellent workmanship, very competitive price, photographs were taken to show me whenever something unexpected turned up. Eddie project managed it from start to finish.

External decoration, cleaning brickwork and re-pointing.

Overall very satisfied with the level of workmanship in different trades. John Falcon is a very knowledgeable tradesman and was always offering helpful advice to keep costs down. The project over- ran but only because of the dreadful weather. Very happy with Falcon builders and would definately use again. The building was left clean and tidy as well.

Re-roofing extension roof, replacing door frame and insulation of bathroom wall

Very reliable time-wise. Cleared up at the end of each day and made sure toilet back in working order and door secure. Very nice guys, polite and helpful. Did accidentally break cat flap, but replaced with new one within 24 hours with no fuss. Also did a few extra small tasks - one I requested, and one I hadn't, but much appreciated. Had to report a very small leak from back of toilet - again within 24 hours had come round and fixed - no fuss.

Ceiling replaced and painted

Very quick giving quotes.  Work was done pretty much immediately and to a very high standard. Would definitely use again!

Replace ceilings, fit new bathroom, decorating inside and out, plus much more

Falcon have done a lot of work for us over the years. No builder is ever perfect but we have never before found anyone we wanted to let near our house again. They have also been brilliant at responding to emergencies. London customer
