    To refit condensation pipe and to repair leak on copper waste pipe

    Kevin was able to fit me in his diary although it was an extremely busy time of the year. He gave directions to Jo, the plumber in his team to carry out the work, which was to my entire satisfaction! Very happy to recommend FC Engineers as reliable, professional and polite! Many thanks

    Hot water intermittent and boiler pressure fluctuating.

    Fc Engineers (Kevin) assessed the problem before christmas and identified the issue but do to requiring a part which needed to be ordered, he provided a couple of remidial options including use of chemicals but due to having small children didnt want to run the risk of this entering the hotwater pipes. The option undertaken fixed the issue for a short time and when the issue arose again after christmas, I contact on the Monday and by Thursday afternoon the new part was fitted and issue fixed. FC were very professional and tidy.

    Diagnose circuit failure caused when heating switched on

    Engineer responded promptly on 28th Dec. Located the faulty part and provided options same day with costs. Our preference was to remove / refurb / replace which could have incurred one weeks delay without central heating. Engineer arranged replacement next day and refitted. We were up and running by 31st Dec and charged the exact quote received. Superb!

    Annual Service on Boiler Fit new tap in Kitchen Replace water valve on supply line

    I have used Kevin for around 20 years or more. He has always done a good job for me; he arrives on time and I could not be more satisfied. I should add that he supplied installed my new boiler, having maintained the old one for many years.
