Replaced C/H pump and valve and serviced boiler.
Ms Smith has been here twice over last 12 months. She replaced C/H pump and valve first, then this year she serviced my boiler. Very efficient young lady, with a very nice manner.

Becky arrived when she said she would and did a great job. Left bathroom tidy and took all rubbish with her. Very happy with her work and would highly recommend her.

Clearing out a blocked gas flue and servicing a gas fire.

Becky and Oli were bang on time as ever, very quickly, they had the fire disconnected and the flue unblocked (it was full of birds nesting material). Next came the service, also done very quickly and then everything put back together very neatly. Not a hint of dust or mess anywhere! The perfect plumbing duo! Always our 1st choice from now on!

Install gas hob.

On time, quick, tidy, efficient, friendly, pleasant - what more could we ask for? Becky and Olly also took the time to understand how the hob worked (we supplied it) and gave us a demonstration. Definitely use again.

Find boiler fault.

Rebecca and Ollie are a great team! Ollie came out Saturday morning after we had a very cold night through another company's inability to do their work properly. Ollie found the fault, also leaks that should have been found by the previous company as they were old leaks and would have come through the ceiling if not found at that time. Ollie got the boiler working for the weekend and came back Monday as promised with necessary parts, after keeping us informed as to when parts would be in. Would highly recommend this team! Thanks for all your help.
