After a frosty conversation with a local aerial co, we decided to search for an alternative on check a trade and found Terry. He was unaware we'd 'googled him!' He was incredibly helpful, getting out to us very quickly and despite having to climb up into the loft...not a great job at the end of a hard day, Terry was 100% cheerful and efficient. Terry arrived on time, (having telephoned me 1 hour before arrival to confirm) and explained the various options available. Having agreed the positioning of aerial etc he worked quickly and neatly finishing off by setting up my TV. Terry was polite and seemed very knowledgeable and tidying up on completion. I had a small problem the following day and Terry arrived within 30 minutes to sort it out. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company. 5*
