Wc leak

We called Luke after our recently installed Toilet leaked, we called Luke in the evening and he came out to help and resolve the problem within 30 minutes! He was tidy, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient! Luke also came to help with an unfinished tiling job and appeared very skilled at this also. We have now left Luke to look after a Plumbing issue at a tenanted property whilst we go away, he is trustworthy and reliable and we cannot recommend his service highly enough.

Fitted new float valve to toilet to stop it over flowing.

Toilet over flowing whenever flushed. Luke Ferris fitted a new float valve which as solved the problem.

Fixed a dripping tap

I called Luke after another local plumber kept letting me down. Luke was prompt, tidy and efficient and charged a good price. He also went out of his way to help me get new cartridges for the tap by tracking down the manufacturer and advising me to call them, ended up getting new cartridges for free! Would definately recommend Luke.

Clear blockage in condensate pipe from boiler

Can't recommend highly enough. Was very patient in finding the blockage and clearing it and suggesting solutions to adjusting my existing plumbing if it should occur again. He is very knowledgable, extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend him to anyone. He also fixed a broken radiator whilst here at no additional cost, his price was very reasonable.
