Can't fault the workmanship, but communication with the company was poor. We didn't know how many panels they intended to fit, when they were turning up, and the fitters disappeared without telling us whether they had finished or not. The salesman was patronising and did not get all of the facts correct in the quote, including payback period. The electricians gave a fantastic service though.

It's a nice change to meet a company that recommends what is best for you and not for their sales figures. They were quick because the staff were experts at the job. Very clean, professional and very courteous. I still gave them a 10 for reliability because short delay due to engineer going home sick but they kept me informed all of the time and with GPS tracking they can even tell me where the van is. Highly recommended.

The level of service fell short of the Checkatrade previous feedback. The work was adequate but lacked commitment. There was also concern over the technical advice being provided. An expensive carpet was also stained in the process of refilling the Solar System. Overall not a good experience.

I was very disappointed at our first ever negative customer comments after over 4 years. We serviced another company’s system in good faith and at a very low price for this customer to find that the system required extensive repairs and new parts (cylinder etc). We were not told of or asked to clean any carpet and the customer paid in full without complaint at the time.

The strength of Finesse is the quality of the staff it employs. From the scaffolders, through to the fitters and the electrician they are all highly skilled and friendly. As a Chartered Engineer myself I was looking for a well engineered solution and got it - at a very good price to boot. Some companies will tell you how hard installing PV is (to justify their prices?). Finesse just make it easy.
