I have been working within the building industry for some 16 years and in that time have gained a vast amount of experience and a variation of skills, which allows me to complete a job to a very high standard paying particular attention to detail.

 I will completely project manage the whole job for you and should this need gas or electrical related work, then I have two highly experienced tradesman who have worked alongside me for many years and who I trust to work to the same high standards as myself.

 I can assure you that I will only ever work on one project at a time and complete this to an exceptionally high standard, where your 100% satisfaction is paramount to me.

Kitchen and Bathroom
Trevor Finlay is most reliable and punctual. His work is excellent - he done my kitchen in May and bathroom in September. I definitely can recommend him. He finishes the job on time and leaves things clean and tidy. No job is too small or too big.

Remove old ceiling, replace ceiling and skim new ceiling with plaster.

Removed damaged ceiling. Cleared out cavity between ceiling and roof. Put new insulation in cavity, put plaster board in joists and skim board. Remove old debris.

Retiling bathroom floor and walls.

Excellent, speedy and tidy workmanship. After removing old tiles the walls reqired some plastering and boarding before tiling. All done very nicely. Highly recommended.

Fitted units in living-room
Fitted units in livingroom

I was trying to find a fitted unit for my living-room with no luck so Trevor who was working at my house at the time said he would build some for me. They were duly fitted to Trevor's usual high standards and expertise, and giving me plenty of storage space too. He is a conscientious and very reliable tradesman who always aims to please. I highly recommend .

Solid Oak Flooring
Solid Oak Flooring

As Trevor has done previous jobs for me I had no hesitation asking him to lay 64 sqm of solid oak flooring, infact I wouldn't want anyone else to have done it because it was a difficult job and I knew he was more than capable. Again, Trevor did a quality professional job laying oak flooring throughout the entire downstairs of the house, it looks stunning, there are no ends to Trevor's talent , I highly recommend.

Trevor tiled a bathroom for me in october'11 he'd done such a quality job I wanted him to fit my new kitchen and not surprisingly has done a fantastic job, he went above and beyond my expectations. His attention to detail is impeccable and will go to great lengths to make sure your pleased with the end result. He is a perfectionist, honest and totally relaiable. I trusted his advice on what kitchen to buy and let him choose the fixtures and fittings, I was so pleased with the quailty of his workmanship that he ended up doing a lot more work for me . I would highly recommend Trevor without any hesitation .
