I am extremely happy with the overall service provided! A quick phone call was all it took for Charles to diagnose the problem with my central heating. Charles was then equipped to carry out the replacement of my central heating pump, which took no more than 30 minutes. Extremely honest, friendly and reliable service! Will use again.

Charlie and his team were exemplary in their approach to completing the work and the finished product is simply stunning. We had a requirement to get the work done as quickly as possible and the team worked into the evening and over weekends to ensure this was achieved. The team were always polite and courteous and updated us with their plans / progress on a daily basis. I cannot fault the approach or the end result. Great work!

All work was carried out as explained and was done to a very high standard and excellent finish. The guys were very professional and polite at all times and every evening all tools were packed away and the house hoovered through. They covered carpets to protect them from dust and moved any items that may have been in the way otherwise. All old bathroom furniture was disposed of by them. Extremely happy with the end result.

Charlie and his team did a great job in installing our new combi boiler. We were expecting a few days without hot water/heating, but they completed all the work in one day meaning that we were'nt inconvenienced at all. They left our house cleaner than when they started! We were charged exactly the amount of the quote, even though the quote was a few months old. Highly recommended.

Charlie replaced a combi boiler. He was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and even worked on Sunday. He worked very hard to complete the job on time. Once completed he cleaned up and left the place tidy. Highly recommended.

Charlie and his team were very conscientious, reliable and friendly and did a great job on fitting and tiling our new bathroom. It was far from an easy job as it is a very cramped space and none of the walls are even, but Charlie managed an amazing finish which we have received many compliments on. I would certainly use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

I have been using Charlie and his team since buying my first house 4.5 years ago. Initially he came out to replace a water cylinder which was leaking after we found him on this website. Following on from that Charlie has kept my dodgy old boiler going through various faults. Recently the boiler developed a more serious fault and I stupidly thought I could blag a boiler from another larger company if I joined one of their schemes to pay monthly, big mistake. They came round, broke parts off my boiler and then said they couldn't replace them.....so I needed a new one. I rang Charlie, he came round early one morning gave me a quote and I never looked back. I would recommend him to anyone and I always give his number when asked. I will continue to use his business the whole time I live in the South East. Thanks guys. good job.

Charles is easy to get on with and always polite and cheery. He did what he said he would - on time + estimate. He certainly knows his stuff and corrected some irritating problems left by a previous plumber! His pipe work is so tidy - I wish I could have him replumb all my house. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone!

Charlie and Craig went above and beyond with the job - not only was the tank a rare one to replace, but the old cylinder and heating system had been installed incorrectly and so a lot more work was required. They're both very reliable and trustworthy - I was unable to take any time off work and had no problems leaving them to it in my house. They cleaned up after themselves as well, which is rare for tradesmen! I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using them again in the future, or indeed in recommending them.

We had our whole bathroom refitted, they did an excellent job. You can trust him to be left in the house if you want to go out or even away for a few days, which in our case we did! Charlie and Craig were very clean and tidy, and the whole bathroom was fitted in the time promised. It is 6 months on and the bathroom is still fantastic. Would not hesitate to use again - Highly Recommend!!!

I must firstly point out that the only reason I marked down with a 9 on time keeping, was not really Charles fault as the work was put back ONLY due to him being ill. He more than made up for that by the clean, tidy workmanship. I was really pleased with every aspect of Charles' work. As a team Fired Up work to very high standards and I was able to leave them doing the job while I went to work. I will be using them for future plumbing and for my bathroom installation. I would highly recommend them.

I asked for 2 power showers, only got one, took two days - first two pumps were wrong ones so he had to come back when I was at work. Loft ladder disconnected and left inside loft, rang him, he said he would return and put it back - he didn't. Cover missing from one towel rail, 2 earth wires left hanging out.

Was a breakdown in communication as customer works overseas and wasn't in upon my return. Work took 1 day extra as pump was faulty and had to go back. In my quote it clearly said one shower pump, not two. This was the customers error not mine.
