Very professional service, engineer was punctual, explained what the job entailed, carried out the work with the minimum disruption and no damaged caused. Area cleaned and left as found, polite and respectful , a local service with excellent back up. I would recommend.

Boiler Replaced

Fast response when our boiler stopped working and James gave us all the facts in order to make an informed decision about whether to repair or replace. Within two working days Jez arrived promptly at 8am with our new boiler and we had heat and hot water by 2pm HOORAY! I am a Mother of two young girls and felt happy to have these guys in our home. We got excellent service from very knowledgeable people - we would not hesitate to use First Call again and will certainly be recommending them to our friends and neighbours.

Low water pressure in boiler

No heat or hot water, called the office out of hours and then phoned James on his mobile, explained the problem and within 5 minutes he was at my home and was able to sort it immediately. Excellent service

Called out just before Christmas as mums central heating had packed up

I was very pleased at how the company came out the next day to look at my elderly mums central heating. Even though they could not fix it straight away they came out twice and got it working enough for background heat as it was very cold at the time. System needed flushing through and this has been done today. Very helpful staff and always willing to call round to help sort out problems. I would definitely recommend them.

Replaced boiler PCB and thermistor lead

As expected a fast thorough job. First Call is our preferred heating company, we have used them many times Jez arrived early on morning, diagnosed problem, sourced a part returned at lunchtime and fixed it at whirlwind speed. Great service. Would highly recommend

Detected cause of fault in boiler and replaced part.

Old boiler had baffled less experienced engineer, but James was able to find the cause and fix it. Reliable and on time. Perhaps a bit pricey but worth it. Thanks!

Identifying fault with electric boiler, replacing parts

The plumber arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and didn't mind taking the time to find out exactly what was wrong with the boiler. He called back when he said he would with an estimate, and two days later returned to fix the problem. Polite and efficient - I would absolutely recommend this company.
