“Extremely disappointed with the company’s workmanship and poor finish/ appearance of the final result. During works, only a single workman on site for long periods, plus short attendance working days, meant good weather was missed during flat roof replacement. We consequently suffered bad leaks when the roof was left uncovered over the weekend. Even after several revisits to effect remedy of numerous snags, problems remained eg gutter fall poor, overflowing in conditions of heavy rain. After my initial feedback to Checkatrade, Fletcher’s Roofing returned for around half an hour and attempted further remedial work to rectify the overflowing gutter. . Result – gutter overflowing at another location and water dripping through the ceiling!. The trader returned for another short visit to undertake more remedial works. Confidence in the company is now lost and serious concerns remain regarding the finish and long term reliability of the installation – photos available and on file at Checkatrade. Initially encouraged by the friendly , professional approach of the trader, plus much positive feedback on this site, I am left in despair. I sincerely regret employing Fletcher’s Roofing and would not recommend them.
