Unblocking drain/sewer.

Very prompt. Appointment set for within two hours of request and they came earlier than that. Clean and tidy operation, swiftly completed. Helpful explanation of contributory factors (roots growing in) and suggestions for maintenance and management. Strongly recommended.

To re-pave small area at front of property.

The front of the property needed to be re-paved post new drain installation. Great and I am glad that they managed to find suitable replacement paving which matched the old ones perfectly.

To carry out survey on drain.

Flowmasters arrived on time. When I showed him the drain that I had been advised by another drainage company that I needed surveyed he explained to me that it was a sink hole and a survey wasn't needed. He then gave me advice. He was friendly, honest and helpful. He did not charge me for the call out. I would definitely recommend Flowmasters to friends and family.
